Cancel order only ever appears for Admin accounts — an Operator never sees it, on any order. Even for Admin, it only shows up while the order is still Paid or Awaiting transfer. Cancel order 只会出现在 Admin 账号中——Operator 无论查看哪张订单都看不到这个按钮。即使是 Admin,也只有在订单仍处于 Paid 或 Awaiting transfer 状态时才会看到它。
Open the order 打开该订单
Find the sub order in the Pending or Awaiting transfer tab on Orders and click its row to open the detail page. These are the only two stages Cancel order works from. 在 Orders 的 Pending 或 Awaiting transfer 标签页中找到该子订单,点击这一行打开详情页。这是 Cancel order 唯一能生效的两个阶段。

This button is set apart from the rest of the action bar, on its own at the far side. 这个按钮与操作栏中的其他按钮分开,单独位于最右侧。
Enter a Reason and review the refund note 填写 Reason,并查看退款说明
Reason is required — for example "store phoned to cancel — colour discontinued" — and Cancel this order stays disabled until you type something. It's recorded on the order's own status history. If the order was Paid, the dialog also states the payment will be marked refunded — the actual money still has to be refunded manually elsewhere; this action only records that it should be. If the order was only Awaiting transfer, the dialog instead says there's nothing to refund, since no payment had been received. Reason 为必填项——例如 "store phoned to cancel — colour discontinued"——在你填写内容之前,Cancel this order 会一直保持不可点击。这段文字会被记录在订单自己的状态历史中。如果订单当时是 Paid,对话框还会说明该笔付款将被标记为已退款——实际的退款仍需要在别处手动完成;这个操作只是记录"应当退款"这件事本身。如果订单只是 Awaiting transfer,对话框则会说明没有需要退的款项,因为尚未收到任何付款。
Click Cancel this order 点击 Cancel this order
This is final — it cannot be undone. The order moves to the Cancelled tab, its progress bar on the detail page greys out (Cancelled isn't a stage on that bar), and the store is now free to place a new order for the same product category. 这一步是最终操作——无法撤销。订单会移入 Cancelled 标签页,其详情页上的进度条会整体变灰(Cancelled 本身并不是进度条上的一个阶段),店铺也可以就同一个产品品类重新下单了。

The moment an order is sent to the factory, Cancel order disappears from the action bar for both roles — not just Operator. From In production onward (In production, Goods received, Dispatched, Completed), this system offers no way to cancel the order from here at all, because the factory has already been instructed to produce it. 订单一旦被发送给工厂,Cancel order 就会从操作栏中消失——不只是对 Operator,对 Admin 同样如此。从 In production 开始(In production、Goods received、Dispatched、Completed),这套系统就不再提供在这里取消订单的方式,因为工厂已经收到了生产指令。
