Once an order is Paid, it's ready to go to the factory that will produce it. Sending it issues the factory's purchase order (PO) and moves the order into production — this cannot be undone. 订单一旦进入 Paid 状态,就可以发送给负责生产的工厂了。发送这个动作会生成工厂采购单(PO)并把订单推进到生产阶段——这一步无法撤销。
Open the order 打开该订单
Find the sub order in the Pending tab on Orders and click its row to open the detail page. Send to factory only appears once you're inside the order — there's no shortcut button on the queue row itself. 在 Orders 的 Pending 标签页中找到该子订单,点击这一行打开详情页。Send to factory 只会出现在订单详情页里——队列列表的行上没有直接入口。

This button sits in the action bar and only appears while the order is Paid. 这个按钮位于操作栏中,只在订单处于 Paid 状态时才会出现。

The dialog that opens has a Notes to factory field — free text, optional, with the placeholder example "e.g. rush, cut carefully, colour match…". Whatever you type here prints on the factory PO. 弹出的对话框中有一个 Notes to factory 字段——自由文本,可选填,占位提示为 "e.g. rush, cut carefully, colour match…"。你在这里填写的内容会打印在工厂采购单上。
Leave Ship to on Warehouse (default) — Path A Ship to 保持默认选项 Warehouse (default) — Path A
Below the note, Ship to offers two options: Warehouse (default) — Path A, already selected, and Store address — drop-ship (Path B), which you can also click. The dialog says exactly this about the second one:
"The printed PO's Ship-to shows what the system records. Drop-ship routing activates with the fulfilment wave; until then every PO ships to your warehouse."
In plain terms: as this screen currently tells you, picking Store address does not make the factory deliver straight to the store today — every PO ships to your own warehouse regardless of which option is selected. Don't choose it expecting a direct-to-store delivery yet.
备注下方的 Ship to 提供两个选项:默认已选中的 Warehouse (default) — Path A,以及同样可以点选的 Store address — drop-ship (Path B)。对话框对第二项明确写道:
"The printed PO's Ship-to shows what the system records. Drop-ship routing activates with the fulfilment wave; until then every PO ships to your warehouse."(打印出的采购单 Ship-to 一栏显示的是系统实际记录的内容。直发到店功能要等后续的发货升级上线后才会真正生效;在此之前,所有采购单一律发往你的仓库。)
通俗地说:按这个界面目前的提示,选择 Store address 并不会让工厂今天就把货直接送到店铺——无论你选哪一项,采购单都会发往你自己的仓库。暂时不要抱着"直发到店"的预期去选它。
Click Send & print PO 点击 Send & print PO
This sends the order to the factory, moves it into the In production tab, and opens the purchase order in a new browser tab, ready to print or save as a PDF. If your browser blocks the pop-up, an alert tells you to allow pop-ups and try again — use Reprint PO below once you have. 点击后,订单会被发送给工厂,进入 In production 标签页,同时会在新的浏览器标签页中打开采购单,可直接打印或另存为 PDF。如果浏览器拦截了弹出窗口,系统会提示你允许弹出窗口后重试——允许之后,可以用下面的 Reprint PO 重新打开。
Once an order has a factory PO, you can reopen it at any time — no confirmation dialog, no second thoughts required. 订单一旦生成了工厂采购单,你可以随时重新打开它——不需要确认对话框,也不用担心误触。
Open the order 打开该订单
Reprint PO is available on an order's detail page while it's In production or Goods received. It's gone from the action bar once the order is Dispatched. 订单处于 In production 或 Goods received 状态时,其详情页上会显示 Reprint PO。订单一旦 Dispatched,这个按钮就不再出现在操作栏中。
Click Reprint PO 点击 Reprint PO
This reopens the purchase order in a new browser tab immediately. The order's own details (dimensions, quantities, Ship-to) stay exactly as they were when you first sent it — but your factory's contact details and your fabric cut allowances (both set in Settings) are read fresh each time, so a reprint can look slightly different from the original if you've changed either since. 点击后会立即在新的浏览器标签页中重新打开该采购单。订单本身的信息(尺寸、数量、Ship-to)会与首次发送时完全一致——但你的工厂联系方式和面料裁剪余量(均在 Settings 中设置)每次都会读取当前最新的数值,所以如果你在此期间修改过这两项,重新打印出来的内容可能会和最初略有不同。
