Orders lists every wholesale sub order under eight tabs at the top of the page. Five of them are the queues you actually work — each one is a different stage an order can be sitting at right now. Click any tab to switch queues; the highlighted one is the one you're looking at. Orders 页面顶部一共有八个标签页,汇总了所有批发子订单。其中五个是你实际要处理的队列——分别对应订单当前可能停留的一个阶段。点击任意标签页即可切换队列;高亮的那一个就是你当前正在查看的队列。
Awaiting transfer Awaiting transfer(待确认转账)
The store has declared it sent a bank transfer, but you haven't confirmed it has arrived. This is the only one of the five with its own row-level action — a Confirm transfer received button sits right on each row, so you don't have to open the order first. 店铺已声明发送了银行转账,但你尚未确认款项到账。这是五个队列中唯一自带行内操作按钮的——每一行都有一个 Confirm transfer received 按钮,不需要先打开订单。
Pending Pending(待处理)
Fully paid — by card, PayTo, or a bank transfer you've confirmed — and ready for you to send to the factory. 订单已全额付款——通过信用卡、PayTo,或你已确认的银行转账——可以发送给工厂了。
In production In production(生产中)
You've sent the order's purchase order to the factory, and it's now being made. 你已经把该订单的采购单发送给工厂,订单正在生产中。
Goods received Goods received(已收货)
The factory's finished goods have arrived and been recorded as received. 工厂生产的成品已经到货,并已登记为已收货。
Dispatched Dispatched(已发货)
The order has been shipped on to the store. 订单已经发运给店铺。
The number on each tab标签页上的数字
Each of these five tabs carries a small count of how many orders are sitting there right now — the number disappears entirely once a queue is empty, rather than showing a 0. If a queue really is empty, opening it just says Nothing in "Awaiting transfer" (or whichever tab you're on) — sub orders appear here on their own as they reach this stage; there's nothing you need to do to make one show up. 这五个标签页各自带有一个小数字,显示当前有多少订单停留在该队列——一旦队列清空,数字会完全消失,而不是显示 0。如果队列确实是空的,打开后会显示 Nothing in "Awaiting transfer"(或你所在的其他标签名)——子订单会在到达这个阶段后自动出现在这里,不需要你做任何操作。
All, Completed and Cancelled sit apart from the five queues, on the right-hand side of the same tab row. All is a cross-cutting view of every order regardless of stage; Completed and Cancelled are real stages too, just not ones you work from day to day. All、Completed 和 Cancelled 与前面五个队列分开,排列在同一行标签页的右侧。All 是不区分阶段、横跨所有订单的视图;Completed 和 Cancelled 本身也是真实存在的订单阶段,只是不属于你日常要处理的工作。
All All(全部)
Every order visible to you, in any stage, newest paid first. 你能看到的所有订单,不限阶段,按付款时间从新到旧排列。
Completed Completed(已完成)
The store has confirmed it received the order — there's nothing left for you to do on it. Opening Orders never lands you here by default; you have to click Completed on purpose to see one. 店铺已确认收到订单——你在这张订单上已经没有任何事情要做了。打开 Orders 不会默认停留在这里;必须主动点击 Completed 才能看到已完成的订单。
Cancelled Cancelled(已取消)
Every cancelled order, most recently updated first. 所有已取消的订单,按最近更新时间排列。
Completed doesn't come looking for youCompleted 不会主动出现在你面前
None of these three tabs is highlighted when you first open Orders — you land on Awaiting transfer — and none of the five workflow queues above can ever hold a Completed order; it has already moved past all of them. All does show every order regardless of stage, Completed included, but if you specifically want just the orders a store has confirmed, click Completed rather than scrolling through All. 打开 Orders 时,这三个标签页都不会被默认选中——你会落在 Awaiting transfer——而且上面五个工作流队列都不可能出现 Completed 订单,因为它已经越过了这几个阶段。All 会显示所有订单,不分阶段,其中也包括已完成的订单;但如果你只想看店铺已确认收货的那些,请直接点击 Completed,而不是在 All 里翻找。
Two of the five queue names above don't match the wording you'll see once you're looking at an order inside them. 上面五个队列名称中,有两个和你打开订单后看到的措辞并不一致。

An order sitting in the Pending tab shows a Paid badge on its own row — not "Pending". An order sitting in the In production tab shows PO sent as its current step, if you open the order and look at its progress bar — not "In production". Both are the same order at the same moment; the tab names the queue, the badge and the progress bar name the order's own status a different way. 停留在 Pending 标签页里的订单,其自身那一行显示的徽标是 Paid,而不是 "Pending"。停留在 In production 标签页里的订单,如果你打开该订单查看进度条,当前所在的节点写的是 PO sent,而不是 "In production"。两者说的都是同一个订单在同一个时刻的状态;标签页命名的是队列本身,而徽标和进度条则用另一种措辞命名订单自身的状态。
