Every wholesale order moves along the same six-stage ladder, shown as a progress bar on its detail page: Pending payment → Paid → PO sent → Goods received → Dispatched → Completed. 每一笔批发订单都会沿着同样的六个阶段推进,并在订单详情页以进度条的形式展示:Pending payment → Paid → PO sent → Goods received → Dispatched → Completed。
Pending payment Pending payment(待付款)
Every order starts here, before it's visible to you at all. If the store paid by card or PayTo, it skips straight to Paid the moment payment succeeds. If they paid by bank transfer, it reaches your queue sitting at this same first stage — labelled Awaiting transfer — until you confirm the transfer has arrived. 每笔订单都从这里开始,此时你还看不到它。如果店铺用信用卡或 PayTo 付款,一旦付款成功就会直接跳到 Paid。如果是银行转账,订单会以 Awaiting transfer 的状态出现在你的队列中,停留在这第一个阶段,直到你确认已收到转账。
Paid Paid(已付款)
The order is fully paid and ready for you to send to the factory. 订单已全额付款,可以发送给工厂了。
PO sent PO sent(已下厂)
You've sent the order's purchase order to the factory that produces it. 你已经把该订单的采购单(PO)发送给负责生产的工厂。
Goods received Goods received(已收货)
The factory's finished goods have arrived and been recorded as received. 工厂生产的成品已经到货,并已登记为已收货。
Dispatched Dispatched(已发货)
The order has been shipped on to the store. 订单已经发运给店铺。
Completed Completed(已完成)
The store has confirmed it received the order. This last step happens on the store's side — there's nothing for you to click to complete an order yourself. 店铺已确认收到订单。这最后一步由店铺那边完成——你不需要、也没有按钮可以由你这边把订单标记为已完成。
Aura Trade names each stage slightly differently depending on where you're looking: the queue tab you click to filter Orders, the status badge shown on the order, and the step label on the progress bar. All three describe the exact same order — they're three separately-worded views of it, not three different things happening. The table below lines them up so the wording never catches you out. 同一个阶段,在不同地方使用的措辞并不完全一样:Orders 中用于筛选的队列标签页、订单本身的状态徽标,以及进度条上的阶段名称,三者的用词有时并不相同。但这三处说的都是同一个订单——只是从三个角度描述,并不代表发生了三件不同的事。下表把三者对应关系列出来,避免因为用词不同而产生误解。

The three that actually differ真正有差异的三个阶段
Awaiting transfer / Transfer declared / Pending payment are the same order at the same moment; so are Pending / Paid / Paid; so are In production / In production / PO sent. The other three stages — Goods received, Dispatched, Completed — read the same everywhere. Awaiting transfer / Transfer declared / Pending payment 说的是同一个订单在同一个时刻的状态;Pending / Paid / Paid 也是一样;In production / In production / PO sent 同样如此。其余三个阶段——Goods received、Dispatched、Completed——在任何地方显示的用词都是一致的。
Cancelled sits off to the side — it is not one of the six stages on the bar. An order can only be cancelled while it is still Paid or Awaiting transfer; once it has been sent to the factory, this system no longer offers a way to cancel it here. Cancelled 是独立在外的一个状态——它不是进度条上六个阶段中的一个。订单只有在还处于 Paid 或 Awaiting transfer 状态时才能被取消;一旦订单已经发送给工厂,这套系统就不再提供在这里取消订单的方式。
On a cancelled order's detail page, the whole progress bar greys out — none of the six stages stays lit, because a cancelled order isn't actually at any of them. Cancelled only ever shows as the status badge (and its own Cancelled tab back on Orders) sitting beside the now-inactive bar. 已取消订单的详情页上,整条进度条都会变灰——六个阶段都不会保持高亮,因为已取消的订单本来就不处在这六个阶段中的任何一个。Cancelled 只会以状态徽标的形式出现(在 Orders 里也有它自己的 Cancelled 标签页),显示在这条已经变灰的进度条旁边。
