Your sidebar has nine items — seven that every signed-in account sees, and two (Reports and Settings) that only Admin sees. Here's what each one is for. 你的侧边栏一共有九个菜单项——其中七个所有登录账号都能看到,另外两个(Reports 和 Settings)只有 Admin 能看到。以下逐一说明每一项的作用。
Dashboard Dashboard(仪表盘)
Confirms who you're signed in as (Admin or Operator) and your wholesaler's name, then shows a live count for each of your four busiest queues — Awaiting transfer, Pending, In production, Goods received. Click any count to jump straight to that queue on Orders. 显示你当前登录的角色(Admin 或 Operator)和批发商名称,并实时显示四个最主要队列的订单数量——Awaiting transfer、Pending、In production、Goods received。点击任意数字即可直接跳转到 Orders 中对应的队列。
Orders Orders(订单)
Every wholesale order from every store, grouped under its parent order number with each product category as its own row. Use the tabs above the list to filter by stage — five stage tabs plus All, Completed and Cancelled — and click a row to open that order's detail page. 汇总来自所有店铺的批发订单,按父订单号分组,每个品类各占一行。可以用列表上方的标签页按阶段筛选——五个阶段标签,外加 All、Completed 和 Cancelled——点击任意一行即可打开该订单的详情页。
Products Products(产品)
Your product catalogue, organised into category tiles — fabrics today, with more categories to come. Worth knowing: this menu item is data-view="catalog" internally, and while the menu, the page title and this page's own heading all say Products, a few smaller spots here — its own add button and its error messages — still say "fabric". Both words mean the same catalogue. 你的产品目录,按品类分卡片展示——目前是面料(fabric),未来还会加入更多品类。有一点值得注意:这个菜单项在代码里叫 data-view="catalog",虽然菜单、页面标题栏和本页标题都写着 Products,但页面里仍有个别地方——比如新增按钮和错误提示——还写着 "fabric"。这两个词指的是同一个目录。
Stores Stores(店铺)
The retail stores that order from you. Open one to see and change its price tier, its account status (Active or Suspended), and which product categories it's allowed to order. 向你下单的零售店铺列表。打开某一家店铺,可以查看并修改它的价格等级(price tier)、账号状态(Active 或 Suspended),以及它可以订购哪些产品品类。
Pricing Pricing(定价)
The wholesale discount tiers you can put stores on. Manage your tiers here, then assign each store to one from its own page under Stores. 你可以为店铺设置的批发折扣等级(price tier)。在这里管理各个等级,再到 Stores 中每家店铺自己的页面里分配等级。
Factories Factories(工厂)
The factory that manufactures your orders. Its name, contact and address print on every factory purchase order you send. 为你生产订单的工厂。它的名称、联系人和地址会打印在你发送的每一份工厂采购单(PO)上。
Dispatch Dispatch(发货)
A read-only record of shipments — it lists orders after they've been marked dispatched. There is no way to mark an order dispatched from here: that action lives on the order's own detail page, using its Mark dispatched button. 一份只读的发货记录——列出已经被标记为已发货的订单。这里没有任何操作可以把订单标记为已发货:标记发货的动作在该订单自己的详情页,通过 Mark dispatched 按钮完成。
Reports (Admin only) Reports(Admin 专属)
Your BAS sales summary — total sales and GST collected for a chosen Australian financial quarter, for reconciliation only, not tax advice. Hidden from Operator accounts. 你的 BAS 销售汇总——显示某个澳大利亚财季的总销售额和已收取的 GST,仅用于对账,不构成税务建议。Operator 账号看不到这一项。
Settings (Admin only) Settings(Admin 专属)
Your company's legal and trading identity, the bank account stores pay into, your warehouse address for factory shipments, and the defaults applied to every new order. Hidden from Operator accounts. 你公司的法定名称与交易名称、店铺付款要用的银行账户、用于接收工厂货物的仓库地址,以及应用于每个新订单的默认设置。Operator 账号看不到这一项。
