On the sign-in screen, fill in the Email and Password fields with your Aura Trade account details. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? below the form and a reset link will be emailed to you. 在登录界面的 Email 和 Password 两个字段中输入你的 Aura Trade 账号信息。如果忘记了密码,点击表单下方的 Forgot password?,系统会给你发送一封重置密码的邮件。
Click Sign in 点击 Sign in
You'll land on your Dashboard. The line under your wholesaler's name — Signed in as Admin or Signed in as Operator — tells you which role your account has. If it's not the role you expected, ask whoever manages your Aura Trade account to check it, then sign out and back in. 登录后会进入 Dashboard。批发商名称下方的一行文字——Signed in as Admin 或 Signed in as Operator——会告诉你当前账号是哪个角色。如果角色和预期不符,请联系管理你 Aura Trade 账号的人核实,然后重新登录一次。
Click Sign out when you're done 结束使用时点击 Sign out
The Sign out button sits in the top-right corner of every screen once you're signed in. 登录后,Sign out 按钮始终位于每个页面的右上角。
Every Aura Trade wholesaler account is either Admin or Operator. Both can work orders day-to-day, right through to dispatch. Here is exactly where the two roles differ — and where they don't. 每个 Aura Trade 批发商账号都是 Admin 或 Operator 其中之一。两种角色都可以处理日常订单,直到发货为止。以下是两者的具体区别——以及哪些地方其实没有区别。
Reports and Settings are Admin-only Reports 和 Settings 仅限 Admin
An Operator account doesn't see Reports or Settings in the sidebar at all — both menu items are hidden. Reports holds your BAS sales summary; Settings holds your company, bank and warehouse details plus your order defaults. If you're an Operator and need something changed on either, ask an Admin on your account. Operator 账号的侧边栏中完全看不到 Reports 和 Settings 这两个菜单项——它们都被隐藏了。Reports 是你的 BAS 销售汇总;Settings 是你的公司信息、银行账户、仓库地址以及订单默认设置。如果你是 Operator 并且需要变更这两处的内容,请联系账号内的 Admin。
+ Add factory is Admin-only + Add factory 仅限 Admin
On the Factories page, only Admin sees the + Add factory button. An Operator can still see every factory's details — the Edit button next to each one is simply replaced with a Read-only label. 在 Factories 页面,只有 Admin 能看到 + Add factory 按钮。Operator 仍然可以查看每个工厂的详细信息——只是每一行原本的 Edit 按钮会替换成 Read-only 字样。
Cancel order is Admin-only Cancel order 仅限 Admin
On an order's detail page, only Admin ever sees a Cancel order button — and even then, only while the order is still Paid or Awaiting transfer. Once an order has been sent to the factory, neither role can cancel it from here. 在订单详情页,只有 Admin 才会看到 Cancel order 按钮——而且仅限订单状态还是 Paid 或 Awaiting transfer 的时候。一旦订单已经发送给工厂,无论哪个角色都无法在这里取消该订单。
Everything else on an order is open to both roles 订单上的其他操作,两种角色都可以做
Confirming a bank transfer, sending an order to the factory, recording goods received, and marking an order dispatched are all available to Admin and Operator alike. Day-to-day order fulfilment is not restricted by role. 确认银行转账、把订单发送给工厂、登记收货、标记订单已发货——这些操作 Admin 和 Operator 都可以执行。日常的订单履行工作并不区分角色。
