When a store pays by bank transfer instead of card or PayTo, its order reaches your Awaiting transfer queue before any money has actually been checked. The store has only declared that it sent a transfer — nothing in Aura Trade reads your bank account for you. Confirm transfer received is you personally attesting that you looked and the funds are in; it is available to both Admin and Operator, and it cannot be undone from here. 当店铺选择银行转账而不是信用卡或 PayTo 付款时,订单会先进入你的 Awaiting transfer 队列,此时款项尚未经过任何核实。店铺只是声明自己已经发送了转账——Aura Trade 本身不会替你查看银行账户。点击 Confirm transfer received,等于你本人确认自己已经核实、款项确实到账;这个操作 Admin 和 Operator 都可以执行,而且一旦点击,这里就无法撤销。

Confirm the transfer has genuinely landed in the bank account you have configured in Settings, using your own bank statement or app — not the store's word alone. On the order's own detail page, the Payment section reads Transfer declared — not yet confirmed. Confirm receipt to record payment. until you act. 用你自己的银行对账单或手机银行 App 核实,转账是否真的到达了你在 Settings 中配置的那个银行账户——而不是只凭店铺的一面之词。在该订单自己的详情页上,Payment 部分会一直显示 Transfer declared — not yet confirmed. Click Confirm transfer received 点击 Confirm transfer received
This button appears in two places for the same order: on its row inside the Awaiting transfer tab on Orders, and in the action bar on the order's own detail page. Either one starts the same confirmation. 同一张订单,这个按钮会出现在两个地方:Orders 页面 Awaiting transfer 标签页里该订单所在的那一行,以及该订单详情页的操作栏中。点击任意一处,启动的都是同一个确认流程。
Check the order number and amount, then click Confirm transfer 核对订单号和金额,再点击 Confirm transfer
A dialog restates the exact order number and the total amount for that order — check both against your bank record before you continue. The dialog itself says plainly: This marks the order paid and moves it into the Pending queue. It cannot be undone here. 弹出的对话框会重新列出该订单的订单号和总金额——继续操作前,请对照你的银行记录核对这两项。对话框本身也明确写着:This marks the order paid and moves it into the Pending queue. It cannot be undone here.(这会将订单标记为已付款,并移入 Pending 队列,且此处无法撤销。)
The order moves to Pending 订单转入 Pending
The order leaves Awaiting transfer immediately and its status badge changes to Paid. It's now sitting in the Pending tab, ready for you to send it to the factory. 订单会立即从 Awaiting transfer 中移出,状态徽标变为 Paid,进入 Pending 标签页,可以发送给工厂了。
